Planning a successful executive retreat or company meeting takes the right balance of productive meeting space, comfortable lodging, and opportunities for your team to connect. The Colorado Lodge offers all three in a private mountain setting that works especially well for leadership retreats, planning sessions, and team gatherings. The Colorado Lodge provides a unique combination of overnight accommodations and onsite meeting space. The home offers 7 master suites, creating a comfortable setup for executives or team leaders staying overnight, along with a half bath that is convenient for daytime guests attending meetings or events. Overnight occupancy is limited to 14 total guests during the quiet hours period from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Our rustic barn and surrounding grounds can accommodate up to 50 people onsite for meetings or gatherings. The barn measures 30' x 30' and can be arranged in several ways depending on your event needs: Classroom style for presentations, trainings, or company updates 6 to 8 round tables for breakout sessions, workshops, or team discussions Picnic table seating for a more casual format that encourages informal small-group interaction The barn is equipped with both heat and air conditioning to keep guests comfortable in any season. We also provide large-screen TVs with HDMI cords for presentations, making it easy to plug in a laptop for slides, training materials, or group discussions. Beyond the meeting spaces, the property offers built-in options for team-building and downtime. Yard games include horseshoes, cornhole, frisbee golf, hatchet throwing, and tetherball, all of which can be used for organized team activities or casual free time. Previous groups have also brought in portable golf simulators, arcade setups, and food trucks to create a more customized retreat experience. The property includes a fully equipped kitchen if you would like to prepare meals onsite, or we can recommend local caterers and other food service options. Additional amenities include 15 wood picnic tables, a gas BBQ grill, a pellet smoker grill, and an outdoor gas fire pit for evening conversation and relaxation after the day’s meetings. Quiet hours for outdoor activities begin at 10:00 PM since the home is located in a residential neighborhood. We ask guests to be respectful of neighbors by keeping outdoor music, lighting, and activity levels subdued after that time. The gathering fee for events over 14 total people is $1,200 and includes parking, extra trash service, and utilities. Additional events during the same stay are $600 each.
